The structure of the company is basically done in a few steps. Step 1: The minimum number of legal decisions is made through mutual consultation Step 2: The promoters of the company collect or prepare the following two documents A. Memorandum or memorandum or conciliation The memorandum is the main document of the company. This determines the scope of work and power of the company. B. Parimel rules or association rules This document contains all the rules and regulations governing the internal affairs of the company. It also mentions the duties, rights and powers of the directors, the method and nature of running the business, etc. Step 3: The promoters at this stage fill in the registration form from the registration office and attach the other required documents by attaching the documents and paying the prescribed registration fee. Step 4: In case of Public Limited Company only, permission letter has to be collected to start work at this stage. For this the promoters submitted some more documents to the registrar and prepared the statement of the company. Permission to start work is collected to the satisfaction of the registrar.
